First you make a Burrito, then grill it. I would only recommend that you don't grill it on the iron grill outside, but rather use a flat iron grill indoors... like a frying pan for example.
A Grilled burrito is nothing more than a lightly fried burrito. once you brown it on both sides, it's good to eat. If you use butter it will be exquisite.
I think i've done this before, keep in mind I am a single male living with 6 other guys as well...
I did the following for my "Grilled" Burrito using leftover steak from the night before.
Heat a large skillet, frying pan or whatever
Heat up some refried beans
have some grated cheese on hand
maybe some onions
heat up your leftover steak
Put heated beans, steak, cheese, and some hot sauce if you so please on a tortilla.
Fold up like a normal burrito but closed at both ends. Try to get it as tight as possible without ripping it.
put some butter in the heated pan (medium high heat)
put burrito in pan on butter folded side down (this is important as the weight of the burrito keeps it closed and then as it cooks it sticks a little to stay closed)
let it cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip it and repeat.
Basically, just take what ever burrito you were going to eat before, close the other end of it, and fry it in butter, and you've got a "grilled" burrito kind of like taco hells "grilled stuft burrito"
