What is a good dessert recipe?!

Question: does anyone have a good recipe that uses bananas?

Answers: does anyone have a good recipe that uses bananas?

Didn't know if you just wanted a banana recipe...so I gave two different recipes.

Bannana Pudding Cake:

1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant banana pudding mix
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup mashed bananas
2 cups confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 dash vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Cooking Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan.
In a large bowl, stir together cake mix and pudding mix. Make a well in the center and pour in eggs, water, oil and mashed banana. Beat on low speed until blended. Scrape bowl, and beat 4 minutes on medium speed. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in a preheated oven for 50 to 55 minutes, or until cake tests done. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
To make glaze: In a small bowl, combine confectioners' sugar, milk and vanilla. Whisk until smooth and of a drizzling consistency. When cake is cooled, drizzle icing over cake with a zigzag motion. Sprinkle chopped nuts over wet icing if desired.

Another recipe with no bananas...

caramel pie:

Boil in a large pot one can of condensed milk(the one with the cow on it). Yes...in the can. Make sure the can is covered at all times with water. Boil for 2 1/2 hrs.

Let can sit for about 20 min. Use an oven mitt or dish towell open with a can opener facing down towards the sink(has a tendency to squirt out a little)

Dump filling directly from the can into a graham cracker pie crust(smooth lumps out while filling is in crust). Let cool.

Cool whip on top and then add semi-sweet chocolate chips or crushed toffee candy bars.

Happy eating!

Yes! It's a very simple and unique Finnish dessert. Spread butter on graham crackers and top with thinly sliced bananas and on top of THAT with a little fruit preserve or jam. I prefer lingonberries!! Mmm. Hope you try it!

Chocolate Decadence Cake is my family's favorite desert recipe. We make that any time someone has a birthday. The recipe is at http://www.carnegiesciencecenter.org/exp...
We prefer icing it with plain whipped cream, rather than the chocolate icing they use in the original recipe.
This desert uses no flour of any kind, but it's hard to believe that there is no flour in it. Another interesting fact about this cake is that it's really just a baked chocolate mousse. If you look at recipes for chocolate mousse you will find that the recipes are very similar to this one, except that the mousse is just chilled without baking, and the decadence cake is baked like an ordinary cake.
Sorry I don't have a good banana recipe. But just do an Internet search for banana bread. That's easy and tasty.

here is a link to a recipe that is easy and fun...

banoffee pie?

Food i like to eat as banana's are a fine fruit and can be mixed with other fruits and dairy products .It is how you approach fruit to turn it into a dessert .Budget as you can eat properly. There are thousands create you own be a individual.

No bananas but try this . Put a bag of oreos through your food processer and make a meal out of them but not as fine as corn meal. Then do the same with a bag of pepper mint candy. Stick peppermint is best as it is crisp. Then let a gallon of vanilla ice cream get soft but not liquid. Take a pirex dish and put a layer of the oreos in the bottom and pat this down. Next, put a good thick layer of the ice cream. Sprinkle the peppermint on the ice cream and cover with another layer of oreo. Pat the oreos down and put the dish in the freezer to get good and frozen. When ready to serve cut into 3 inch by 3 inch squares and with a spatula and serve on salad plates.

So here is what I do, whenever I need a recipe I go on google type in what I want to use as ingredients and put recipe in the en, it gives me a lot of info, so I did the same for you and here is what I came up with.
