Cook some pasta.
Cool it.
Add the peppers and onions and a tin of tuna and some mayo. You could also throw in some sweetcorn and peas.
Covered, it'll keep in the fridge for a couple of days. It's nice for a snack, lunch, or to serve as an accompaniment to a meal.
My son loves to grate cheese on top.
Have a go, it's lovely.

Rice krispies

Beef fajitas.

an omlette

Boil some potatoes and corn on the cob and cut the corn in little pieces and add the potatoes and peppers. olive oil and you have the best salad!!! my favorite

sausage and peppers....just need sausage, white wine, garlic and tomato sauce

Salad... Eggs... Minced Beef... The options are endless :)

I think I'd either make a three bean salad or beef kabobs

add a little chicken and stir fry adding sherry at the last minute to give it a zing - cook off the alcohol - and have with rice or noodles

Yeah, I'm with Mike. Italian sausage. Can't be beat. Also good in an omelet.

stir fry them with a piece of steak mmmmmmm...........

Sausage,Peppers and Onions or Meatloaf are two choices if you have ground beef or sausage in the house.. If not, you can make some omelets or an egg casserole and let it sit overnight in the fridge(makes it better) to cook for breakfast.

Best Ever Sausage with Peppers, Onions, and Beer
INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 pounds Italian sausage links
3 red bell peppers, sliced
2 green bell peppers, sliced
2 large red onions, sliced
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1(12 fluid ounce) bottle beer
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
3 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons hot sauce (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
Heat olive oil in a large heavy skillet over medium high heat. Cook sausage until browned on all sides. Remove sausage from pan, and set aside. Pour in 1 bottle of beer to deglaze the pan, scraping up any blackened bits from the bottom. Place the red peppers, green peppers, onions and garlic in the pan. Stir in the remaining beer and the tomato paste. Season with oregano, cilantro, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Cover, and simmer until onions and peppers are tender. Slice the sausages into bite size pieces, and add to the peppers. Cover, and simmer until sausage is cooked

You can produce a warm dish out of it called PEPERONADA by simply adding a can of chopped tomato souse and cook it for some 30 minutes on medium temperature. Let cool for 10 min. and serve with fresh baguette.

an egg omelet, beef or chicken stir fry.

Beef Fajitas or swiss steak. Brown your swiss steak(round steak) and pour a can of chopped tomatos in along with your peppers and onions put a lid on and simmer for about an hour and serve with mashed potatos.

Marinate them in lime juice and zest, caster sugar, oregano, cinnamon and chilli powder, cook in a frying pan and serve in tortillas... alternatively you could make chicken fajitas, or eat your onions and peppers in a sandwich (on ciabatta) with some spicy sauce (I use spicy mango ketchup from Asda, which is basically a spicier mango chutney in a bottle), and melted CHEESE!

Throw in a tomato and some oil and vinegar and marinate it for a while....add garlic too, and maybe some italian seasonings....
