Wow!!! Now I want some Salmon......yum

I cook my salmon (whole or steaks) in the dishwasher and it comes so tender that it falls of the bones. Just season your salmon with the type of seasoning you like (I use lemon pepper, garlic and a pinch of salt) and double wrap it in aluminum foil. Place the foil package on the top rack of your dish washer without any detergent and turn it on normal wash with the dry cycle engaged. You can add a cup of white vinegar to the bottom of the dishwasher if you would like and that way you will be cleaning your drain as well as hoses while your salmon is cooking. When the dry cycle is complete, remove the foil package and it is ready to serve.
