When you make dippy eggs do you flip them?!

Question: NO

Answers: NO

Yes there to runny other wise

i do....

Yes. I call them dunky eggs. Actually it is called over-easy. That is how you would order it in a restaurant.

I like it runny, you can leave it in the pan w/o the flame.

I was wondering what dippy eggs were...over easy.

No--then they would be called over easy--if you flip them and leave them for a bit, they would be called over-medium/hard.

To make dippy eggs, you drop them into the pan, and then you have to cover them. But timing is the key here if you want to keep them runny--wait until the whites are no longer clear, then immediately take them out of the pan. Otherwise, the yolks will start to harden.

Nop... Love them runny!!
