How do i make bologna?!
Answers: okay it sounds so dumb, but i have never made a bologna sandwich before!!! i have the bologna, and its in a cylinder pack (like a sausage) what do i do? how do i heat it or cook it??? helpless person.....in need!!!!
bread, mayo, bologna, cheese. done. no need to cook or anything.
thats the simple way. the nice delicious way:
get a pan warmed up well, and rub some butter on it so that it ever so slightly browns. make the sandwich as stated above with mayo, american cheese and some bologna. place the sandwich on the pan and grill for about 15 seconds or until its like grilled cheese color. flip and do the same for other side. yummy.
(i also do this with sliced ham, but i like to add an egg over medium.)
slice it eat on crackers.
It's already fully cooked. Many people eat balogna cold, just sliced up. Or you can slice it and lightly brown it in a nonstick skillet.
Yep it sure does. The trick is to be 'smarter than the bologna'.
SLICE it off and be careful NOT to cut your hand or fingers. You can slice it thick or thin.
Some folks like frying their bologna to heat it up. Or nuke it. However, make it lay flat you need to score it by slicing into the edges about halfway to the center in 3 or 4 cuts around the perimeter of said bologna. Some cheese is good.
How can you be helpless with bologna? DUH.
cook it in a pan. then when is ready (like a medium brown) take it off and put it in your sandwich!!
but read the package. it might already be cooked!!
=)
fried bologna sandwiches are amazing!!!! just put it on a frying pan for a min, flip put cheese on the side that was just down then let it sit for 30 seconds put it on bread with mayo. its the best!
slice the the Bologna,remove the wrapping.place on bread.....there ya go
ok at first I thought you were joking but here it goes. bologna is already cooked and does not need to be cooked again. Take the rapper of the outside and cut it into about 1/4 inch slice (usually done at a meat shop where you buy cold cuts from) butter two slices of bread and put whatever you want on it (mustard, mayo ect.) put your meat on the bread and then eat. I really like to cut my bologna a bit thicker and then frying it alittle bit and putting it on buttered toast with mayo and cheese.
I like to make a Dagwood sandwich with ours:
White or toasted bread;
Mayo;
Bologna sliced;
American cheese (or other type);
Sliced onions;
Tomatoes;
Lettuce.
Green or black olives on the side.
Potato chips on the side.
Iced tea.
They are also good with potato salad.
