Sounds interesting.But don't know how well the cream and egg will mix w/ the crab. To keep it Italian here is an idea. Saute garlic in olive oil with a dash of butter. Toss in cooked pasta add precooked crab and grate a little lemon rind and then add the lemon juice. Salt and fresh ground pepper. I don't give exact am ts. I do by taste and personnel preference.

I will give it a try, it sounds good.

The Blue Crab, I think can be eaten shell and all. I may be wrong but their is a crab that can be eaten that way.

Yes!!

The crab meat grade will determine the size of the pasta used which inturn will determine whether to use straight cream or double cream. Lump, Claw and Back Fin calls for Fettucine and double cream, all other meat works with the capellini and single cream. Remember what it will look like when plated, all the points count.
