What is your best recipe for fish?!

Question: BBQ? In the pan? Oven? I REALLY want to know.

I can't tell you exactly how I prefer it because I do it from preference alone, no measuring anything or certain amount of baking time. I love oven baked tilapia (or other white fish) with a crispy crust of parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and various herbs and spices. I actually make up a batch of Italian breadcrumbs for the purpose of making this fish which eliminates the need for separate parmesan cheese. http://www.recipezaar.com/203857
I dip individual fish fillets into a little egg and then coat in the breadcrumbs and then spray with a little cooking spray just for the sake of browning the crumbs. I bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Timing all depends on size of fish and thickness of breadcrumb coating. Bake until fish is cooked through and the breading is crisp!

maybe bbq might be better but also try in the pan.but put some of that fish powder first it tastes better and some lemon when its cooked,

heat oven, place fish fillet in oven, twist timer, return, eat.

that or tuna salad with mayonaise, prepacked ready made.

spicy fish steamed in banana leaf.

My family--including kids--love grilled catfish fillets with a brushing of olive oil on them and a sprinkle of McCormick Seafood Seasoning--especially the sweet basil and lemon.

actually, i prefer my fish fried in a deep fat fryer.

just go to the local store, buy a batter kit, mix it with some water, or beer, if you prefer...mix it on the thicker side, leaving some left out for dry dredging....dredge the fish in the dry mix, then dip it in the wet mix. fry at 350-375 degrees for about 2-4 minutes or until golden brown.
