A very quick supper that I love and go to frequently when in a bind is to pick up a hot, fully cooked and roasted chicken at my local grocery store, cut it up, heat it up and to pour on top I combine fresh-squeezed lemon juice, butter and white wine and let it cook down a few minutes to thicken slightly. It's SO good.

baked chicken, mashed potatoes and stuffing! or look up a recipe on foodnetwork.com.... chicken piccata, chicken parm. we're chicken lovers as well. you can make mashed garlic red pots as a side....it's delicious.

try and make chicken with cream of mushroom soup tater tots and ched cheese. bake chicken in oven at 350 with soup on it for 45mins then put tater tots on top and bake 4 20min more. the last thing to do is the cheese until melted. total bake time is about 1hr30mins. its very good the kids love it.

how about dishing the garlic tossing a nice side dressing, spice your night right up..

broccoli chicken. take the chicken cut into slivers, bite sized pieces so they cook well. you will need a pan that you can stir fry in if you don't own a wok. use two tablespoons of oil, as you stirfry the chicken use a bit of low salted soy sauce. when the chicken turns white put it aside. next take the broccoli flowerets stalks the you chopped fine or coarse your choice. put in the same pan. put in one cup of chicken broth and steam to desired doneness.
put chicken back in , take two tablespoons of corn starch. add a little water to disolve into syrup. add the mixture to the chicken broccoli, it will make a light white sauce.
you boiled some minute rice you are done. unless you want to do some stir fried rice.
this will take about ten minutes to do all of this, and you won't have to spend 25 dollars at fine chinese restaurant you pass on friday nights.
