Can you help with this?!

Question: I had these steak rolls or parcels, whatever, in a hotel dining room once, & I would like the recipe. They were stuffed with a mixture of breadcrumbs, tomato, herbs & other ingredients, and held together by toothpicks.

excuse me heathy, how we going to get ya up to level two, if you keep asking questions, lol.
they sound nice though.

why dont you call the hotel and ask for the recsipe? Usually they are nice enough to give it to you. It's worth a try.!

Here are several different recipes:

I'm not sure exactly what you are talking about, but flank steak is the only one I remember eating or baking stuffed.

There will be a zillion recipes on the web for stuffed flank steak.

I used to take a meat mallet and pound the heck out of it. Then, I'd mix up a dressing of stale bread cubes, minced onion , garlic, celery and melted butter.

Spread this on the steak and roll it up like a jelly roll. Tie it with kitchen twine. I'd sear it in a skillet and then bake covered in a slow oven for a couple of hours.

You could probably do this in the crock pot too.
