Whats your favorite meal and how do u make it?!

Question: My favorite is Porterhouse steak with mushrooms and onions on top. Goes great with diced potatoes, onions and bell peppers wrapped in foil.

How to make it...

Steaks...
Start with a good porterhouse steak; pick it out at the meat counter not in the pre-wrapped section. Do not marinade just dash some "McCormick's Montreal Steak Seasoning on both sides and throw on the grill on high heat. (I like my steaks rare so you may want to lower the heat and cook longer, but do not be afraid of red meat, it is much better than "well done." If you want it black get a hamburger.) Let steak sit for 10 min before serving. I wrap it in foil so it stays warm.

Toppings...
Take one box white mushrooms (any extra can be put in with the potatoes) and one onion and slice them up. Put in 1/4 stick of butter and 1/2 bottle of beer heat until boiling and then simmer until onions are translucent and liquid is reduced. Place on top of steak just before serving.

As for the potatoes...
Wash and dice some potatoes, and put on a large piece of aluminum foil, cut up an onion and put over the potatoes, then cut a bell pepper and put on top of the onion and potatoes. Generously add butter and Lowry's Seasoned Salt.
Wrap up in foil and put in oven for 1-1.25 hours at 350 degrees, or until potatoes are tender.

This meal is a winner and has to be my all time favorite.

    THE F*CKING BOMB

I love a tasty tuna salad on a hot day.

    Ingredients:
    Lettuce
    Tomato
    Onion
    Garlic
    Can of tuna fish
    Olive oil
    Sherry Vinegar
    Salt
    Pepper
    Lemon
    Tabasco.

Clean tomatoes and lettuce. BReak lettuce into bite sixed pieces and put in a salad bowl. Cut up tomatoes into bite sized pieces aswell and put into the bowl

Slice the onion in rings and cut the rings into quarters. Put the onion pieces into the salad.

Chop up one clove of garlic.

Mix olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic, as much tabasco as you like, and the lemon juice of one lemon in a glass. This is the dressing.

Open the can of tuna fish and drain out the excess olive oil (if it comes in olive oil). Empty the contents into the salad bowl.

Pour the dressing into the salad and mix it very well so that you break up the pieces of tuna and get the tasty dressing everywhere.

Might sound boring, but the delicious flavor of the spicy and sour dressing combined with the tuna and fresh veggies is really delicious.

Eat it with a buttered piece of baguette. Yum.

Caesar Salad, Steak, Baked Potato and Corn on the Cobb. Steak cooked medium rare. Everything, except the salad, cooked on the grill.
    Don

I have a lot but I LOVE grilled onions and peppers with a grilled steak, chicken or italian sausage. I chop up the onions and peppers into a little bigger then quarter size, drizzle with olive oil, crush some garlic and throw in some grill seasoning and grill. YUM! It's fast and delish!!!!

I make the steak and chicken with the same seasonings, but sausage is really good with this too.

    YUM!

My favorite meal of all time is steak, poatoes, and yellow rice & beans.

I pan-fry the steak (after seasoning it with Sazon seasoning by Goya and a pinch of Garlic Salt) until browned. I like my steak well-done.

For the poatoes, I use canned potatoes, drain out the juice and fry them in butter in a pan until browned. I add some Sazon seasoning and Adobo seasoning to them until they look a bit orange in color.

For the rice & beans, I use 2 cans of Salsa De Tomate, 4 packets of Sazon Seasoning, 1 can of Gandules (pigeon peas) by Goya, then fill the can up with water to the top and pour that in, add a few shakes of Adobo, cut up some green pepper, then add in the rice. Cooking on high heat until the rice starts to rise to the top, then turning it on low heat for about 30 minutes until rice is fully cooked.

My favorite is a cheap and easy to make chili. I cannot tell you the number of compiments and requests to make this I've had. The recipe is actually on the back of the seasoning packette.

    1lb ground beef
1 package McCormick Original Chili Seasoning Packette
    2 Cans tomato sauce (8oz)
    1 can kidney beans (10oz)

    Brown Hamburger
    Drain Grease
Add Seasoning, tomato sauce and kidney beans.
Let it simmer for as long as you like (at least 20 min for the flavor)

My dad's national dish! Yup, if you guessed Kim-Chi, you're right! I always forget the recipe, though! *laughs*

Smear pork chops with brown spicy mustard then flour them, brown in frying pan in oil. When done, put in a baking dish and pour a can of Cream of Mushroom Soup over the top, cover and bake in the oven for at least 30 minutes - serve with rice or potatoes.

    OR

    Chicken Italianio

3 lbs chicken breasts, cut up
    3-6 tbsp salad oil
    12 garlic cloves
    1/2 cup dry white wine
    2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp dried rosemary leaves
    1 medium-sized onion, sliced
4 medium-sized tomatores, cute into wedges
    1 8 oz pkg spaghetti

In 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, in hot salad oil, cook chicken and garlic until golden brown on all sides, about 20-25 minutes. When done, add wine, salt, pepper, rosemary, onion and half the tomato wedges; over high heat, heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender. Skim fat from liquid in skillet (if there is any). Add remaining tomatores; heat through. While this is simmering, prepare spaghetti as label direct.

To serve, drain spaghetti; place on large platter. Spoon chicken mixture on top of spaghetti.

    Asparagus Au Gratin.

    1/4 tsp sage, crushed
    2 tbsp sliced green onion
    1 can (10 1/2 oz) Asparagus, drained
1/4 cup of shredded Swiss Cheese

In 8x8 inch ovenproof dish, melt butter. Stir in crumbs and sage, mix well. Bake at 400 degress for 6 minutes. Remove from oven. Stir in onion, remove from dish. Arrange asparagus in buttered 1-quart baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over asparagus. Top with crumb mixture. Bake for 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.

    1 tsp vanilla
    1 1/4 cups flour
    1 1/2 cups oats

    Jello-O Cheese Cake

    1 8 oz pk of Lime Jell-O
    3/4 cup sugar
