What do I do with fresh mozzarella?!


Question: I like to buy random things and figure out what to do with them when I get home. So..I love paneras tomato mozerella salad, but i dont have tomatoes and I have no idea what the dressing is. Any other ideas?

Fresh Mozzarella......Grilled .French bread sprinkle with fresh garlic,top
with a slice of fresh made mozzarella and tomato.Sprinkle with
fresh basil and drizzle with olive oil.Sprinkle with salt.
It's also very good on pizza...Pizza..

A tasty, healthy chicken that's fancy enough for a guest but easy enough for any day of the week.

INGREDIENTS
10 chicken breast halves
1 (16 fl oz) bottle balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing
2 pounds fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
1 bunch fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


DIRECTIONS
Place chicken in a shallow dish or large resealable plastic bag. Pour the dressing over it, cover or seal, and marinate in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours.
Coat a large skillet with cooking spray or oil, and set over low heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Fry chicken breast halves over low heat for about 30 minutes, or until juices run clear.
Arrange chicken on a serving platter. Place a generous slice of fresh mozzarella on top of each piece. Place a leaf of basil on top of the cheese. Dash balsamic vinegar over the platter, and season with salt and pepper. Serve!

All cheese is better between grilled bread! Grilled cheese sangwich!!!!

fresh mozza quesidillas are so good, especially with tomato and feta, but it's good with out the tomato too, you have to make it in a pan with a bit of butter(or not) definitely not in the microwave

make a pizza without tomatoes. spread the fresh cheese on dough with basil leaves and smoked salmon,drizzled with some olive oil.

Preserve the cheese in olive oil with lots of minced fresh garlic, basil leaves and bay leaf. Great for snacks anytime.

Anything you want...it's incredible in salads like you said....melted on a slice of bread....eaten out of the package...melted over pizza...lasagne.....dropped in soups....melted in your coffee then spooned out onto your toast...(grandma used to do that!) lord i could go on...as you can tell i love me some fresh mozzerella.
