If you ever need to find silver and gold Jordan almonds, you can find them at Kalustyan’s. They’re really expensive, like $29.99 a pound, perhaps because it’s a French product. Titanium dioxide was listed as an ingrediant, maybe that’s what makes them metallic

It's a mixture of special sugars that are used to coat the almond, then the almonds are tumbled/buffed in a huge machine which makes the almonds coating shinier....
