What foods to get for a fondue party for 8?!

Question: I'm having some friends over in a few weeks and can't remember all the different things to have for dipping. We'll be using oil in one pot for dinner and cheese in the other; then for dessert, we'll have one pot each for chocolate and caramel. Last time I did fondue, I ended up with a ton of extra foods, so any help on the most popular items would be great!
