Any prawns or shellfish are generally bad, even Crayfish and Morton Bay bugs, clams and oysters.

Bad You have to got to lay off the shrimp. They are full of BAD Cholesterol

Shrimp not Shrimps(no such word)

Well, shrimp are fairly high in cholesterole, but very low in all fat, saturated and non-sat. If you are trying to reduce your blood cholesterol levels, I'd suggest avoiding them (and ysters, same reason).

There are about 150 mg. of cholesterol in 3 oz. of cooked shrimp. Shrimp has the good hdl. It's that garlic butter we dip it into that's bad.
