Get pocket bread and slice open. Get any kind of sprouts you can, lettuce will work, but not as well. You'll also need mayo and garlic powder. Thinly slice beef, and make a sandwich. All the BBQ sandwich's I'm sure you'll get is very good too. Cut up the beef and mix with mushroom soup, add mushrooms and spice to taste, like garlic, warm it up and spread on egg noodles, you can also add sour cream, it'll make it richer. There are also tons of recipes on the web. Good luck, and have some fun, it it smells good, it tastes that way too! Experiment.

Shred it up, pour BBQ sauce over it, heat slowly and serve on buns.

Or dice up, into a skillet, heat with terriyaki sauce and some stir fry veggies and serve over rice.

Beef hash is great for leftover roast.

If you have a food processor, coarsely chop the beef. Dice some potatoes (as few or as many as you like), boil til tender, and dice some onions (again, as few or as many), and some people dice carrots too (but I don't). Mix these together and heat in heavy skill with a little oil. If you brown the mixture, it's even better.

Traditional hash is served with a fried egg on top, but my kids just like it browned in a skillet.

Chopped and sauteed with onions and peppers for quesadillas, tacos, or burritos. Add cheese, sour cream, and pico - quick easy meal!

I dice it up and add it to noodles with gravy.

Make 'STOVIES'.

A Scottish dish made from potatoes, onions and the left over roast beef plus the jelly that normally forms when roast beef is cold.
Type 'recipe stovies' into you computer and you will find a number of recipes for STOVIES.

French Dip Sandwiches

I slice the beef up.
Cook sliced green peppers and onions in a skillet in some olive oil.
Bring approx. 2-3 cups of beef broth with a few dashes of Worchestershire sauce (to taste) to a boil in a pot . Put in the sliced beef to heat (don't keep it in there very long).
Put on long sub rolls, top with peppers and onions.
Serve juice on the side for dipping.
Sometimes I add sliced cheese over the top (provolone, swiss, etc..) and pop them in the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese.

They are really good.

Put the meat on
