Make lasagna or baked spaghetti...... both are good and easier to eat than other pasta dishes.

**serve with salad and garlic bread. Chocolate cake or pudding for dessert.

Baked Ziti is a great recipe that is super easy to make.

Boil a box of ziti noodles, drain and put in a casserole dish, add a 12 oz. container of ricotta, two handfuls of shredded mozzerella and one jar of sauce. You can also season how you like, add some sauted garlic and onions or some browned ground beef or italian sausage. Mix everything together and bake in over at 350 for 20-30 minutes.

It's easier than lasagna since you just mix everything together. The cheese makes it very filling that it will feed four people with leftovers. Some garlic bread on the side and maybe a green salad would accompany it well.

yesterday was soooo cold, I had to make some soup. Butternut Squash/Sweet potatoe soup. Really simple. Cube the sweet taters and squash, skins removed, boil in a little water till soft, mush em up, add milk or cream, a little nutmeg and dill and there it is. Hearty, sweet and wonderful. Good stuff for a cold day.

chilly its grate in cold weather serve with grilled cheese and p/b sandwiches and cell. n dip

I think pasta is better for entertaining than soup, no question. Here is a great recipe for Gorgonzola Fettuccine. I like to add sauteed shrimp to the pasta to round out the meal. Serve it with garlic bread and a side salad with sliced pears.
