Happy valentine day! Help me w/my dinner, BBQ RIB?!

Question: Happy Valentine Day!

I am in need of some help. I have a package of pork spare rib boneless country style- 2lb.
I want to cook them in the oven tonight, and would like for them to be done by about 6pm. I don’t have any extra spices, just VERY basic. Pepper, salt, onion powder, tenderizer, seasoning salt, and bbq sauce. I have foil. I want to really surprise my fiancé with some great ribs. Any idea? I really want the fall off the bone goodness! Thank You World!!

Season them with seasoning salt and pepper.
Wrap them in foil.
Bake in a shallow pan at 325 degrees for two hours.
Unwrap, drain, return to pan and spoon or brush liberally with bbq sauce.
Bake an additional 30 minutes, spooning or brushing on more sauce every 10 minutes.

I'm not sure how much time you have, but boil them first for a couple hours. This helps make your meat fall off the bone.

Why don't you surprise him and yourself with some Boca Tofu Ribs? No animals have been killed. Isn't it better to serve him something that isn't "dead". Tofu ribs are delicious. Just back and smother with your favorite barbie sauce. And you will be saving the life of an animal.

par boiling is a safe bet to ensure tender ribs..... just place the ribs in enough water to cover and add a halved onion, a few pepper corns and a bay leaf. simmer for 15-20 mins. place in a shallow baking dish or roast pan. season the meat and pour on the bbq sauce. pour a little of the boiling liquid in the pan and cover with foil. bake at 350 degrees for maybe 30 mins. enjoy your valentines day and dinner! :)
