Has anyone substituted Stevia for sugar in a recipe?!
Answers: I was thinking of making a batch of choc chip cookies in place of at least part of the sugar, substituting Stevia. Has anyone done this? What was your experience? Advice? Thank you.
It was sweeter than sugar but did leave a bitter aftertaste. Sugar- LIKE ALL FOOD - is not bad for you, only the amounts you eat of it are!
