Answers: i need a recipie asap

Basic Crepe Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
4 eggs
1 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons melted butter
PREPARATION:
Measure all ingredients in to blender jar; blend for 30 seconds. Scrape down sides. Blend for 15 seconds more. Cover and let sit for 1 hour. (This helps the flour absorb more of the liquids.)

Heat crepe pan.
Lightly grease. Measure about 1/4 cup batter into pan. Tilt pan to spread batter. Once crepe has lots of little bubbles, loosen any edges with spatula. Flip crepe over. This side cooks quickly. Slide crepe from pan to plate.

Then what I would assume , and actually you gave me a good idea...
you could do one of two things....
1. After making the crepes stack on a plate. Grease a 9x13 ( cake pan) take one crepe, spread with spaghetti or pizza sauce , sprinkle with cheeses... add chopped pepperoni ( or desired topings) remember to cut smaller so it doesnt poke holes in crepe. Roll up and place in baking dish. Repeat with remaining crepes until pan is filled. Cover with remaining sauce and cheese, bake at 350 for 20-30 min or cheese is a hint of golden brown and bubbly.
or....
2. Make a lasanga pizza style with crepes instead of noodles... use the pizza ingredients that you desire, layer them in repeating layers ( same order each time) top with cheese. bake same temp and time .

Hope it gives you some inspiration!

You can put anything in a crepe. From fruit to pizza toppings

Just choose your favouites and bake until hot.

make the crepe in a pan with olive oil and put the toppings on top of it after it gets a little hard. Remenber to leave the stuff out of the refrigerator for a while so it′s in room temp.

talladega nights all over again
