Answers: Im looking for a fast Chocolate Cookie Recipe that needs no melting on the stove or creaming (the butter) or mixing with an electric mixer (because i dont have one). anyone know any online recipe like this that uses cocoa powder? or their own recipe?

I've given you a link below to Hershey's double chocolate kisses cookie recipe. It uses cocoa for the chocolate cookie part and happens to use the mini milk chocolate kisses, but there's no reason you couldn't use your white chocolate chips for the mini kisses.
