Fruits & berries Lots, within reason Same as veggies. Lots of vitamins and fiber and no fats. Their flavonoids strengthen blood vessels and are strong antioxidants.

Can't go wrong with glass of orange juice every morning. Nuts are great for snacks. Celery with cheese is good. Bananas, potatoes with some kinda topping. fruits and veggies are easy to prepare and very healthy.

its filling and helthy;
at the store they have those miniture turkeys that are already cooked. get one of those but ONLY EAT THE WHITE MEAT! =]
and then make steamed broccoli or some kind of vegatable and then have some kind of whole wheat bred or something.
idk.. all i know is my mom used to dp that with me LOL

For lunch try a cesar salad with finely grated parmasion, avacado, some cucumber, and if youre in the mood, some chopped tomatoes.

A lot of fruits (especially bananas, apples, and grapes), trail mix (for snacking). For breakfast, oatmeal is always a good choice. It's healthy and hearty. You can also have cereal (special k) or make eggs but make sure you don't have eggs everyday, too much of them is not a good thing. For lunch you can have salad, pita bread with hummus, soup at hand by campbells, sandwhiches (like ham & cheese on whole wheat bread), etc. For dinner you can cook grilled or roasted chicken with a vegetable and some potatoes, steamed vegetables with some fettucine alfredo noodles, etc.
