stir-ins*
1 cup dark chocolate pieces
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

3. In bowl stir together flour and baking soda. Add stir-ins. Add flour mixture to chocolate mixture; stir just until combined. Stir in dark chocolate pieces and nuts. Spread batter in prepared pan.

4. Bake 35 minutes or until edges are set and begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool in pan on wire rack. Spoon chocolate Drizzle across top. Cut into bars. Makes 16 brownies.

5. *Sweet stir-ins: Add 1/2 cup dried fruit soaked in sparkling wine for 30 minutes, drained, and chopped; or 3/4 cup candy-coated peanut butter pieces to batter.

I would do a Key Lime Pie.. Quick simple and easy...

No-Bake Key Lime Pie
Ingredients
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
4 egg yolks
4 oz. key lime juice (fresh preferred)
Directions
Combine milk and eggs. Slowly add juice. Mix thoroughly. Pour into 9" Graham Cracker pie shell. Bake in the oven at 350 for 15 minutes then Refrigerate 3-4 hours Top with whipped cream

sorry the only recipies i do are from a box if you need some fast recipes you should really think about getting those cookies or brownies that are already made and just heat them up

A brandied pear would be great. Take a pear, scoop out the inside and place a cinnamon stick in the middle. Stud it with cloves and sprinkle brown sugar on top. Soak the pear in brandy and place in a shallow baking dish with orange juice. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.

This is the best cake http://www.mealsmatter.com/recipes-meals...

It's easy and tastes like you made it from scratch. I usually leave the nuts out because I don't like them and sometimes I use milk chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet. It's also good to break into pieces like a trifle and then pour the glaze over. Then the glaze soaks in more and makes it even better.

Chocolate Chip Cookies are extremely easy to make. Same goes for brownies.

baked apple is a good choice
just get granny smith apples, remove the core BUT don't go all the way thru, leave the bottom. put a tbsp of butter, 1tbsp of brown sugar, and place in a oven friendly container with water and cook in the oven at 350 for about 5 min. Sprinkle granola or almond slivers on top and serve

Or a baked grape fruit
Just cut the grape fruit in half and cut around the skin without removing the skin...sprinkle with cinnamon and bake for 10 min on 400

Enjoy :)
