Definately mashed with butter and milk. Sometimes a wee bit cheddar cheese mixed through with chives aswell.
Boiled then I mash them on my plate with butter and pepper - mmmmmm!

roast potatoes, also you can peal them and coat them in seasoned flour with herbs and roast them. A baked jacket potatoe in foil with butter, sour cream, cheese, corn, coleslaw etc. Mashed with butter and soy milk, mashed potatoes thrown in with other vegies and fried (bubble and sqeak)
boiled until soft then mash them with a little butter, milk, garlic and mixed herbs. YUM.

Peel and cut into small squares (roughly 1cm squares), put in a roasting dish, toss them in olive oil, dried mixed herbs and garlic pepper and roast, turning occasionally until crispy!!
(These make a lovely alternative to chips when served with a steak!)

Ahhh....my favourite subject....spuds....i would say my top 3 (in order) are jacket potato smothered in butter, then roast, and no. 3 mash with loads of butter and white pepper.....coming in a close 4th is chips ! corr....dont you just love em!
