Pizza Hut's Hot Cookie dough?!?!

Question: I'm not looking for cookie dough recipes. I just want to know how I might adapt a recipe to make the cookie like Pizza Huts's hot cookie dough dessert:

Here's a description: the top is soft, chewy cookie. The bottom is gooey and chocolatey. It's one giant, plate-sized cookie.

HOW do you make the bottom gooier and more chocolatey while keeping the top soft and spongey?

may be that will help :)

Good advice with the brownie and cookie dough.I'm gonna try it...Thanks!

It didn't look like it had a brownie base to me...It looked like my choc.chip cookies when I microwave them,to reheat them.
But larger of coarse and I'll bet they used those large choc. chips.
