Honey
Frozen Strawberries
rice milk
2 bananas
ice cubs
Blend rice milk banana and ice cubes together until grainy smooth, then add strawberries and honey. blend till smooth.
im pretty sure this is correct.. maybe play around with the first ingredients.. i just learned this from my mom.
1 cup sherbet (your favorite flavor)
1 can crushed pineapple
1 chopped banana
1 small container strawberries in sugar
1/2 cup milk
Ice cubes
Blend all ingredients at high speed until smooth and creamy!

Apricot Pineapple Smoothie Recipe
1/4 cup crushed pineapple
1 fresh apricot, diced
6 strawberries
1/2 banana
1 1/2 cup water
1 tbsp. skim milk powder
1 heaping tbsp. high- quality protein powder (optional)
1 tsp. flax seed oil (optional)

1 banana, frozen
6 strawberries, frozen

3 cups frozen pitted dark sweet cherries (unsweetened)
3 cups frozen whole strawberries (unsweetened)
3 cups cran-cherry juice
In a blender, puree half the frozen pitted dark sweet cherries, half the frozen strawberries and half the cran-cherry juice, stirring as needed, until smooth. Pour into two serving glasses. Repeat with remaining ingredients for two more servings.
Buy bags of frozen fruit and keep in the freezer.
In a blender, put:
Halfway up of frozen whole strawberries (OR 1/4 of the way up of raspberries or blueberries)
1 banana
1 cup lowfat yogurt or milk
If you want it really cold, add a couple cubes of ice as it blends. I also will freeze whole bananas as they get overripe, to help the smoothies stay cold.
