when i make a baked potato with curried chicken) i use chicken breast fillets diced - mayo, mango chuntney, curry powder all mixed up

they use a commercial curry that they get from "take away" wholesalers (where you can buy trays, plastic cutlery, mushy peas - that sort of stuff)

i used to sell stuff to one place a few years ago - j w fidlers in manchester - and they gave me a free sample.

it now seems available to the public and i am sure i saw some in a supermarket - it is called Makway.

just double checked my cupboard and i actually have the sample (also just checked the sell by date and i won't be eating it!!) - it is called "dinaclass" and is produced by kerry foods.

chinese wholesalers also sell it too and they are open to the public.

Buy the chicken and then get Sainsbury Basics curry cooking sauce, I think it's about 8p per jar but well worth it!!!! (Add a teaspoon of Branston pickle aswell!!)
