I am not a big fan of the Mrs. Dash seasonings, but lemon works great on a lot of things to add flavor. I am supposed to keep the salt low due to high blood pressure. I like using lemon to give me that same "heightened" flavor salt does. I use it on fish, chicken, any mexican food, and even steaks. It hits the same taste buds as salt does and I can't tell. Also, it doesnt have a lot of lemony flavor once it hits the food, just a bit more ZING!
Good question!

Due to my blood pressure I am supposed to have a low sodium diet so.... I use VEGES AL approved by my PhD.doctor. I have tried other substitutes but those from potassium can not used for cooking, just tabletop and leaves a strange flavor in your mouth. If you cook using them you do not get the flavor you are used to. Using VEGES AL it is different because it is like using common salt. I LOVE IT! They sell it in HEB, GNC, and in naturists stores.
chilli
lemon
soy sauce
cinamon
pepper
good enough?
garlic
pepper, onion powder, crushed red peppers...just kinda depends on what you're making
Mrs Dash has wide variety of saltless seasonings. Pick one that sounds good to you. Be sure to read the ingredients though, there could be something not mentioned in the name
