Good sides with pizza?!

Question: Thinking of pasta salad. Good idea or not?

Any other suggestions for sides with pizza?

pasta salad sounds like a good idea, any kind of salad usually bodes well with pizza.

Any type salad, or garlick knots.

Pasta salad sounds good. Myself, I'd go with garlic bread, a green salad, and champagne. (Yes, champagne goes really well with pizza, it cuts the spiciness nicely.)

garlic bread is good. Maybe some salad or plain or steamed veggies.

Tomato pasta salad, garlic bread, chicken strips, cheese balls, dip & nachos are some of the best I've had!

I'd just do a regular green salad, or maybe a fruit salad.

With the pizza crust, I think pasta would be too much.

Greek salad, with feta cheese, tomatoes, olives, celery, whatever else you like. Sprinkle it with lots of oregano.

I'd go for a green salad. You've got enough carbs in the pizza crust, and don't need pasta, too.

Garden salad.

You need a garden salad to make a balanced meal. Myabe some buffalo wings too. Eat good and be healthy:)

spaghetti and naranara sauce as a side to go with the pizza would be nice, along with a cucumber salad using Italian dressing, and some sort of antipasta

i'm italian..and trust me! we never eat pasta and pizza together! NEVER!
i suggest...salad with: lettuce, tomatoes, raisins, tunafish, olives and capers.

Some ideas I like:

*garlic bread with a little grated parmesean and popped in the broiler before eating---serve with a side of marinara

*Wings

*Brushetta:
INGREDIENTS

* 1/2 sweet onion, chopped
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
* 1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil
* 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
* 1/2 (1 pound) loaf Italian bread, cut into 1 inch slices
* 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2. In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, olive oil, oregano, basil and parsley. Place bread on a baking sheet, and top with tomato mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until bottom of bread is browned. Allow to cool 5 minutes before serving.
