In the late 1960's General Foods had a product called PIZZA STICKS - They were pizza dough shaped like cigars but about 1" in diameter and filled with different fillings including sauce, pepperoni, sausage, cheese, etc about 6" long. There were 4 per package and they were frozen. Take them out frozen and place in the oven for a few minutes and they were excellent and fast to produce. Have a bunch of happy kids very fast and easy.
So regular pizza dough will work.
