Lasagna lovers? Do you prefer the reg. lasagna noodles or those thinner ones?!

Question: that you don't have to cook in advance?

Answers: that you don't have to cook in advance?

I prefer the old fashioned kind. The new ones are easier, but I like a thicker noodle.
Other thoughts... I don't like a ton of sauce in mine.

The thicker the better!!

I prefer the convenient ones that you don't have to precook, since I make everything else from scratch and it takes a long time, I don't use ricotta which would be faster but make a bechamel cheese sauce which takes a while to make.

The regular noodle is easier to work with. The thinner one tends to tear.

Right
I have been using Won Ton wraps..
I hate boiling thoes slipery things that rip and make a mess.

I use the regular lasagna noodles in my lasagna and I don't cook them ahead of time. It turns out great, so the noodle doesn't matter as long as you have enough moisture (sauce) when baking it.
