Answers: Hi, we have this great recipe for a rack of lamb. We need a side dish. It is cold and getting late so going to the store is outta the question! Here is what we have:
Frozen peas
pasta
pasta sauce
garlic
onions
lots of cheeses
All the spices and dried hers you can think of

As long as you have butter and olive oil, I would make a pea and pasta side dish. Roast your garlic in the clove till it's golden brown, at about 375 degrees, for about 45 minutes. Cook your peas, and then drain.
To make your sauce, cut up one onion, and saute in a 1/4 cup of olive oil with a melted 1/2 stick of butter untill it's just translucent, Add salt and pepper, and then mash up a head of roasted garlic into a paste and compine with the butter, olive oil and onion.
Cook your pasta to about al dente, so it's got a little bit of a bite like a pasta salad. Drain, and then combine the peas, pasta and sauce. I'd sprinkle it with some good Parmesan cheese, like a solid cup of Parmesan, and some dried basil would make it nice right ad the end.
Sound so good, i'm going to try it myself lol.
Personally since lamb can be so strong tasting, I would go with just plain pasta with some butter and maybe some shreded parmisian cheese. Maybe saute a little garlic and add, but nothing to strong.
I would make the pasta with a simple garlic butter sauce and peas. Sprinkle a little cheese and top and I think it should be tasty.
GARLIC BEANS, ADD A LITTLE OIL AND DESIRED AMOUNT OF GARLIC & WHACK IN THE MICROWAVE FOR A COUPLE OF MINUTES! VOILA! BEAUTIFUL!
IF U HAVE CARROTS, YOU CAN DO THE SAME BUT ALSO ADD HONEY!
