What's a good brand of turkey sausage?!
Any suggestions? I just hate biting into a piece of questionable sausage (the kind with inedible bits of who knows what) so gross!
Any kind of chicken breakfast sausage would also work, most I've seen were just like andouille or Italian though. Even a meat-substitute sausage, if you know a good one... I'm just trying to cut some of the fat and cholesterol out of our breakfasts.

Answers: I'm looking for a good breakfast-style turkey sausage. Some I've had were not so great. The best one I've had was at Cracker Barrel, but it's not something I can find in the supermarket.

There is a brand called "Turkey Store", it is produced by Jennio,...they sell a turkey breakfast sausage that is very good. One of the(high end) chain restaurants here in my area,
uses that brand and they get it right off the store shelf.
