Answers: a pork butt with mashed potatoes... mmmmmmmmmmmm

a good pork butt..YUMMMM going to have some tomorrow and I cook it all day in the crockpot.Than I will make mashed potatoes and have some applesauce...A good German traditional meal like my grandmother used to make..

hotdogs. lol. duh

not sure if I am spelling it right but "kielbasa".

spare ribs baked in the sauerkraut is very good!
I remove the bones after baking, and serve the kraut/rib meat together, usually with mashed potatoes and a vegetable. Now you made me want to make sauerkraut!!!!!!!!!

Here is an all time recipe in my family it's delicious but you have to like all the ingredients which are only 3,,lol
first make instant mashed potatoes then brown some sausage i prefer hot then in a baking dish layer them with the saurkraut first on the bottom then browned sausage in the middle then spread the top with the potatoes and bake until slightly golden brown,,,yummy i can't get enough of this

German sausages or kielbasa (uncooked) in a beer bath:

1 stick butter
1 bottle beer
1 sliced onion

Boil together. Add sausages for 20 minutes. Grill until crispy.
Serve with German mustard. Yummy!

brautworst

Ribs, brats, hot dogs, Polish sausage, Ruben sandwiches.

an alternative to the Reuben is what I think is called a Morty--use pastrami instead of corned beef.

some bratwurst and fries and couple beers
