Im making cookies..am out of vanilla can i use teqila to substitue?!

Question: *sp?

Well, there won't be a taste of tequila anyway left in there when you bake them .
Also, if you are looking for the same result as vanilla, then no, tequila isn't a wise choice.
I'm sure if you're desperate in making cookies, omitting vanilla won't make the aroma & taste of your cookies disgusting.

The alcohol will evaporate. Leaving the other ingredients in your cookies,. Go for it. Tell me what happened.

I would go with another liqueur tequila in my opinion is a bad choice .

I've never had tequila but if it has a flavor - that flavor will be in your cookies. The alcohol will cook out - just as it does with the vanilla - which is in an alcohol base.

using vanilla is all about the flavor not about the alcohol content. If you're out of vanilla, there's no need to subsitute anything else, just leave it out. unless you have an extra sensitive palete you won't notice it.

I wouldn't add a strange flavor in. You don't need it for the alcohol.

Might taste a little strange - as I said to the lady a couple of questions ago use another extract, or maybe rum, Grand Marier - something sweet and complimentary to a dessert.

puke city

why not
