Take an microwave oven proof dish and slice ripe to over ripe banana onto it. Take some natural honey and drizzle it over the banana. Microwave for one minute. Take from the microwave and serve with a dollop of rich plain yoghurt or sour cream.

Enjoy.

depends on what you got... cereal is always a good choice but not the sugary kind though... try raisin bran or honey nut cheerios and switch to 2% milk

I had a Bizzy Lizzy Hearty Cookie. They are filling and perfect for breakfast. If you don't like to cook they are amazing. Filling and delicious. I am thinking of making a latte now just because it is freezing out and that would warm me up.
