Has anyone eaten "spaghetti squash"? How was it?!
If you don't like vegetables, it's not going to blow your mind. But, if you're trying to eat healthy and you have time to cook, I recommend it.
Answers: I had it twice this past year, because I'm trying to eat more vegetables. It's pretty good for a vegetable. I used a simple recipe where you just split the squash in half, scoop out the insides and put garlic, salt and pepper on the inside. Then, you bake it for about 50 minutes. You let it cool, and you use a fork to pull out all the strings. It tastes good with spaghetti sauce on it.

It's actually quite good. You cook it, after you prepare it, just like you could cook spaghetti and even use spaghetti sauce on it.... that's why it's called Spaghetti Squash
I enjoy spaghetti squash very much. It has a very mild flavor that easily takes on any variety of flavorings. I usually wash it off and dry it very well before piercing it all over with a small sharp knife. Depending on the size, I microwave it for about 15 minutes until it feels slightly soft to the touch. Then just let it cool for a bit, cut it in half, remove and throw away the seeds, and scrape the inside out with a fork. It will come it in lovely spaghetti like strands!
Then you can dress it just about any way that you see fit!
Basil, garlic, tomato, parm, salt, pepper, and olive oil
Marinara sauce
Sage & browned butter
Pesto
etc...
