yes definitely a toasted bagel, crepes, cut into cubes and dunked in melted chocolate and of course in cheesecake

toasted bagel as well, but it has to be reg cream cheese and plain bagel

a bagel ....

bagels, inside of my strawberry muffins, on celery and on crackers topped with a slice of turkey pepperoni

I use it with different cheese on a pepperoni sandwich. it my favorite.

on weat bagel , or toast, plus scrumbled eggs

I stuff chicken breasts with a mixture of cream cheese, other cheese and herbs. The stuffing provides moisture and flavor that chicken can lack.

Sometimes with a bagel, sometimes with sliced green olives on a sandwich, can be used in a great dessert that is easy to make (German's Sweet Chocolate Pie)---the recipe is on the inside of every package of the chocolate and you can find it on the baking aisle at the grocery store. It's a frozen pie so you can keep it in the freezer for awhile and it won't go bad.

I love it on a bagel, not toasted, then dipped in tomato soup.
I often make the chili dip with it, everyone loves that! (Layer 1 pkg cream cheese, 1 can chili, 8 oz cheddar cheese in a pie plate and bake until bubbly, serve w/ tortilla chips)

Bagel, toasted bread, English muffin, seasoned with herbs on crackers and pita chips, as a dip with herbs, as a whipped soft sweet topping over fruit, in cheesecake, etc.

Cream Cheese is SO Versatile!

You can spread it on just about anything: bagels, crackers, chips, etc.
You can bake it in anything: butter bars, cheesecake, cookies, pound cakes, etc.
You can mix it in anything: icings, fruit dips, cheese spreads.
You can blend it with anything: cheese balls, spinach appetizers, etc.

MMm....I think my favorite too is always a good old fashioned toasted bagel w cream cheese and strawberry jam!! Yummy!! : )

My favorite way would be this sandwich:

Grilled Cream cheese sandwiches:

Cut very fresh french bread into 1/2 inch slices. Butter one side of each, put one side on pan. Cut a chunk of cream cheese to taste (mine are about 1/4 in to 1/2 inch thick). Spread on the bread. Top with the best tomatoes you can find. Salt and pepper. Add the other slice of bread, buttered side up. Grill one side until brown. Flip over, grill the other side until brown.
MMMMMmmmmm.

Close second:

Cream Cheese Cracker Spread:

5 green onions with tops, chopped
1 lg. can black olives, chopped well
1 cup finely grated sharp cheddar cheese
3-8oz. cream cheese, softened
Dash garlic powder
Dash onion powder
Salt
Pepper

Blend all ingredients together (I use a hand mixer). Serve in a pretty bowl with crackers.

This is a new favorite:

Cream Cheese Chicken Dip

1 lg pkg cream cheese
1 lg can cooked chicken (or 1 chicken breast, cut up)
1 small can green chilis
Jalapenos to taste

Mix all together. Heat in a microwave or small crockpot. Serve with tortilla chips. You’ll probably need to double or triple the recipe. Wow!

Here are some ways I use it:

1. Bring a block of cream cheese to room temperature. Spread it out evenly on a platter until it's about 1/4 inch thick. On top of that, spread 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce evenly. Top it off a generous sprinkling of bacon bits and finely shredded cheddar cheese. Serve with Wheat Thins and other crackers. You can actually prepare many different dips this way, using the cream cheese base: using 1/2 cup of apricot preserves makes a great sweeter dip; using 1/2 cup of salsa, then the cheese, makes it spicy, good with corn chips.

2. Another way I use it when I'm craving cheesecake but don't want all the calories, etc.: Take 1/2 block of cream cheese out of the wrapper, place in a bowl, and microwave until it's just soft (about 20 seconds). Once it's soft, mix in 3-4 tbs. of Splenda or another calorie free sugar substitute. Stir well. It's WONDERFUL, it tastes like cheesecake pudding, and it takes care of my cravings. If you like, you can crumble a small amount of graham crackers on top.

Aside from bagels, I put it on sandwiches, in garlic mashed potatoes, and it's the base for my Swedish meatball recipe. There are always at least 2 bricks in the fridge.

I love it on warm Blueberry muffins.

just about everything you eat

bagel

May sound weird, but I love it on saltines with jalape?os. The kind served on nachos. It is so good!

Cream Cheese and grape jelly on a Ritz cracker. I soften cream cheese and add fruit juice, mix until smooth, drop some on your favorite jello. I like pineapple juice.

1. from the butter knife to my mouth 2. spread cream cheese on hard salami and roll up, throw a midget pickle in there if you like
