Marinate chicken breasts for 1/2 hour in Italian dressing add Parmesan to bread crumbs and garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Dip marinated chicken into bread crumb mixture and add enough oil with butter in pan for frying until brown on both sides.

After browning, place chicken in shallow baking pan and pour any kind of spaghetti sauce of your liking over chicken. Add enough mozzarella cheese to cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

If you have sauce left over cook linguini noodles, drain add sauce add 3/4 cup mozzarella and Parmesan for a side dish.

no veal for me thanks!

chicken

Chicken

I like the price of the chicken better. I made some today and the whole chicken cost me $3.50. And veal would have been 3x or more expensive.

I like the chicken version

Im just a big chicken fan, i use it at least every other day

eggplant

Chicken parmesan for me, I don't know, just something about veal doesn't taste right to me.

i am partial to chicken version. veal can be stringy if it isn't the better cut. what i like best of all is pork cutlet parmesan.

chicken

I like them both very much, but I choose not to eat veal because of how the animal is treated (inhumanely) before being slaughtered.

I like them both, but I gotta say veal is my personal fav

Truthfully either one...with the sauce and cheese you barely taste the meat anyway. However, I usually go for chicken.

Eggplant is the best!! Second choice would be the chicken, as for the veal I would never eat that!

eggplant all the way

In spite of its cost, I have never found much flaor in veal. I would heartily recommend chicken for this dish. Both meats are somewhat benign in flavor, and the sauce provides much of the flavor.

chicken

I won't turn down either if the sauce is homemade. But geez, I know veal would be my first choice.

Veal only
