Answers: 2 boneless pork chops 1 inch thick.

Boneless Pork Chops

Ingredients
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons coarse salt
1 teaspoon ground pepper
2 boneless pork chops

Directions
1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees farenheit.
2 Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in oven proof skillet over medium heat.
3 Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides; add to skillet.
4 Saute until golden brown: about 2 minute.
5 Flip, cook two more minute.
6 Place pan in oven; roast until cooked through. About 10- 20 minutes.

I would season and bread them, pan fry in a little oil until nicely browned, then add stock or wine to deglaze the pan, cover for 10 minutes over low heat to finish cooking. Serve with fried potatoes and garlic green beans.....

hope these help. good luck and enjoy.

I season and brown in olive oil. Add water to middle of chop and simmer, covered, for 45-60 minutes. So tender it will melt in your mouth.

I would smother them in bread crumbs, add a little bit of seasoning (maybe some Everglades Seasoning), then bake them in the oven for about 40 minutes.

Mmmm.... hope this helps!
