How should I cook a pork loin filet?!

Question: I have a pork loin filet, just not sure how I want to make it. I have a few recipes that calls for either a pork loin or tenderloin. Will those work? Any suggestions?

They will work fine. Try brining the pork first in a salt water solution, 1/2 cup table salt (or 1 cup kosher salt) to 1 gallon water. You can add some herbs or spices for flavour. Brine it for several hours. This will keep the pork very tender and juicy.

If its just one pork loin fillet, sprinkle some seasoned salt and pepper on it. Blanche it on high heat and after about 2 minutes flip it over and cook the other side with the lid on.
I use about a teaspoon of olive oil and whala!

depending on the size you can put it into the oven with Pam spray (olive oil flavored) put some sew wt and sour sauce and some crushed pineapple and you have Hawaiian pork. if you want you can even do that on top of the stove if you have real small pieces so you don't have to turn on the oven. make rice as a side dish.i am sorry that word is to be sweet and sour . spelled it wrong and spell check changed it to the wrong spelling.
