1. cook for 10-15 minutes
2. cook for 25-35 minutes

If you are wanting more "flavor" with not spices, then I would go for the roasting...even with no spices, it will have a better taste than boiling.

Not sure if you can have citrus, but if so, try a squeeze of lemon, lime, or orange on the meat before roasting.

1. Oxo sized bits - about 5 minutes
2. About 20 minutes

1 boiling - around 10 minutes. Cook until the chicken looks white, no pinky :)
2 roasting - that will take longer, around an hour I would say..

Oh wow no seasoning at all??? They say that spices are a good source because they add a lot of flavor and they are good for you... You could use a lot of things that are not fat or salt... Like tarragon, parsley, basil, cumin, wow! a lot of options.

You could also boil the chicken in chicken stock with low sodium?

Good luck!

5 mins at boiling point should be more than enough for the cubed chicken.
whole chicken breast roasted at gas mark 6 approx 20 - 25 mins depending on size and thickness. make a slit into the thickest part of the chicken and if the juices run clear with no pink then they are cooked.

i would recommend taking the skin off if you cant have fat. it is nuch better that way to me. bake the chicken at 400 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour. if you cant have fat then i would recommend a little water, I cant believe its not butter and put some garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper on your chicken. it is great. just make sure you baste

GET A CAN OF LOW SODIUM CHICKEN BROTH PUT IN GLASS PAN W/LID ADD CHICKEN
COOK@ 350* FOR ABOUT AN HOUR
YOUR CHICKEN SHOULD TURN OUT VERY MOIST AND TENDER...

IF YOU BOIL SMALL CUBES I WOULD DO THE SAME THING USE CHICKEN STOCK AND BOIL FOR ABOUT 30 MIN'S.
GOOD LUCK!!

Problem with chicken its a bland meat and needs all the seasonings and fat to help it taste of something. Would you could is cook in a open container, in the oven two meats. the chicken one side and say lamb or pork the other side. The oven will mix the smells so both meats taste of each other.

Or get an old fashioned BBq and place the chicken over herbs so its herb smoked.

If is it tiny pieces about 10 min to boil. But I would prefer to sautee' it for about 10 min's with Herbs if you can eat them. Dash is great. Roast is best for you by the sound of it. 20 mins in oven

Skin your chicken breasts and cut into "tenders". Saute in a skillet to sear the meat and add unsalted, organic fat free chicken broth (which will impart some nice flavor). Add a can of sodium free diced tomatos, if you are allowed, and simmer. Serve with plain white rice or orzo.
