Ground Rice can you help...?!

Question: I want to cook ground rice and have a recipe that says 20gms of ground rice, half an oz sugar and half a pint of milk. This made it sloppy and so I wondered if it is correct.

Can anyone give me the quantities for half a pint of soya milk please?

Also of semolina and tabioca.

Thank you

Meals have to be plain so I cannot add anyother ingredient

So, you have coeliac disease. At your age I am guessing you have plenty of time on your hands so maybe as a suggestion you should go to your local library and ask for their help to find you some books on safe foods for you to eat also ask your doctor or hospital for a diet sheet.
Next time you cook any of your rice dishes maybe just add less milk at the start and gradually add more as it thickens till you have the consistancy you prefer, a lot of these type of dishes will thicken more as they cool.
