Can you give me some suggestions as how to make easy stir fry sauces from ingredients I have at home.?!
4 Chicken breasts boneless/sliced into medium pieces
1/2 cup Soy sauce
1 medium Green pepper
2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
4 cloves Garlic minced
1 tablespoon Ketchup
Instructions for Easy Chicken Stir-Fry
Mince Garlic and mix with Soy sauce, Sesame Oil and Ketchup in a container. Seal. Shake the container vigorously until the mixture is blended. Heat Mixture in a wok and add sliced chicken breasts. Stir-fry on high for 2-3 minutes then add chopped green pepper. Continue to stir-fry at high temperatures until the chicken is done. This dish is best served over rice.

All i do is add soy sauce, fish sauce(only a small amount) and seseme oil.If you like garlic add that too.The best thing to do is experiment so you get it to your liking.
I just use chinese bbq sauce in the jar!
