couscous with vegetables and chicken,fry some onions with 3 cloves of garlic,then add chicken,salt pepper,1tsp each then 1tbsp each of coriander,chilli powder,3 cups chicken stock 1tsp cumin 3tbsp tomato puree,bring to boil simmer 20 mins add all veg cook till soft.Place couscous in bowl add 2 tbsp e.v.o.o rub in then pour over enough hot water to make it moistrub in again,then place over top of veg and chicken using a steamer pan or coulinder the steam from veg and chicken will flavour and soften couscous,keep moving coucscous around to cook evenly ,then empty in a large serving dish and pour over juices from meat and veg onto couscous leave for a minute to soak in then mix with a spoon till all covered add veg ,meat on top.

fried rice with the veggies & chicken
season the chicken Cajun, steam the carrots, peas and onion together,do not mix with meat.Lay rice out on plate chicken on the rice and veggies around the rice, make a very light cheese sauce and pour it around the chicken but on the rice. With all these items you would want to taste Everything with each bite. This is simple, you can even change the taste of you cheese sauce depending on your mood, like mix soy sauce with the cheese sauce or Worcesters sauce, but only use about 2-3 tsp.
Quick Chicken Pot Pie
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
1 package (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup? cup milk
? teaspoon thyme
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 ? cups Bisquick mix
? cup milk
1 egg
1. Preheat oven to suggested degrees for biscuits.
2. Combine chicken, vegetables and onions.
3. Add cream of chicken soup, ? cup milk, thyme and black pepper; stir until smooth.
4. Spoon mixture into a 2-quart baking dish.
5. Combine Bisquick mix, ? cup milk and egg; stir to blend
6. Pour over chicken mixture.
7. Cook in oven for suggested time or until golden brown.
Roasted Chicken with Vegetables
3—3 ? pounds of whole chicken
1 teaspoon Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Thyme
? teaspoon pappericka
? teaspoon salt
? teaspoon black pepper
6 small onions, quartered
6 celery ribs, cut
6 carrots cut
6 potatoes, cut into quarters
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1. Pre heat oven to 475 degrees.
2. Coat large roasting pan with cooking spray.
3. Remove parts from inside chicken; rinse chicken and rub with olive oil, thyme, salt, pepper and pappericka.
4. Tie legs of chicken together and place in uncovered roasting and roast for 15 minutes.
5. Prepare vegetables and toss with 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil.
6. Reduce oven temperature to 400 degrees; place vegetables around chicken in roasting pan.
7. Return to oven and roast 35-40 minutes longer; turning vegetables twice during cooking time.
8. When chicken is fully cooked, juices from thigh will run clear in thickest part of thigh when poked with a fork.
9. Allow chicken to cool for 5-10 minutes before carving.
Broth Simmered Rice
1 can chicken broth
(or 2 bullion cups in 1 ? cup of water)
? cup uncooked rice
1. Heat broth to a boil
2. Stir in rice
3. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until done.
Pennsylvania Dutch Chicken-Corn Soup
2 cans (15 oz.) Chicken Broth
4 cups Water
1 ?-2 lbs chicken parts
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 package wide egg noodles
1 can (15 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
1 ? cup parsley flakes
1. Bring broth, water pepper, garlic, onion powder and chicken parts to a boil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Reduce heat and simmer covered about 1 hour or until chicken is well done.
3. Remove chicken and set aside to cool.
4. Skim impurities from stock and discard.
5. Bring stock back to a boil and stir in cream of chicken soup until smooth.
6. Stir in drained whole kernel corn and noodles.
7. Cook noodles until tender, stirring occasionally.
8. Remove chicken from bone and dice.
9. Add chicken meat and parsley to pot containing chicken stock and noodles.
10. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Make a wrap!
Cook the rice and replace a few tbs. of the water with soy sauce.
Saute the chicken with the onion. Add chickpeas, peas, and sliced carrots. Add a sauce if you like (curry would be awesome or teriaki might be nice)
Top a warm tortilla with some rice and then the chicken mixture. Wrap the whole thing up and enjoy!
Pan sear the chicken (make a little gravy with the drippings)
Mashed chickpeas. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add 1 clove grated garlic. add to chickpeas to the garlic oil and season with salt and pepper. Mash with chicken stock and tahini (if you have it) and reduce heat to low.
Honey Glazed Carrots- Boil the carrots, add 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1 tablespoon butter. salt and pepper to taste.

And if you want tomato flavor in it , do you have paste? I put a dollop in alot of soups I make. I freeze the extra in a baggie in dollop portions, I get 4 out of a can. Just pop a frozen chunk in and it is really good.
