Kebabs of lamb and chicken and also some jerk chicken as well :) Red rice, salad.

Some beer as well... But I'm not making that, just drinking it ;)

I have some chicken drums that I may roast with some potato and parsnips and cover with some brown onion gravy. Perhaps some peas for some colour.

Chinese ribs and Mash, cheap,easy and tasty.

I've had a corned beef brisket in the crockpot since 7 a.m. Later I'll make the garlic mashed potatoes and bacon gravy.

Lasagna and tossed salad.

Prosciutto, spinach Lasagna rolls...

Easy to do, and I'll get at least two meals out of the baking and roasting I'll do today.

Mushroom and veg stir fry with soy sauce and noodles. Loads of it mmmmmmmmmmmm.

Wild mushroom tortelloni and wild mushroom sauce with salad and garlic bread.

Don't know yet but yesterday we sure had a delicious and almost overpowering dinner of chicken curry with loads of ginger and other spices with some rice and kidney beans.

I have to go and buy it first....something quick/easy so maybe a vegetable stir fry with cooked chicken and sweet chili sauce=]

EDIT-3 down? I don't know what kinds you have had, but my hubby loves it and usually eats 3 bowls.
