Question: IN my town i buy it at KFC FOR $2.50 EVERY TUESDAY,A STEAK DIPPED IN BATTER AND DEEP FRIED TILL BROWN.IT HAS WHITE GRAVY OVER MASHED POTATO'S AND STEAK
COLSLAW,BISKET WITH BUTTER AND HONEY.

It is a cube steak that has a spicy flour coating and fried. It's really good and use can also substitute the cube steak with chicken.

steak fried like chicken,batter w/ flour and a little black pepper if u want,fry til browned,served w/ gravy,cream potatoes,corn,and cornbread is best ,if u want,try rolls

chicken fried is in reference to how it is cooked. I generally is a cubed steak coated with flour and fried like chicken.
