sliced red potato, with onions, garlic and butter baked in the oven at 350 for one hour. They are the best!!

Mashed potato with lots of butter in it and a good sprinkling of black pepper.

I like Yukon Golds.
I peel, slice in quarters, pre- cook for 15 minutes in microwave then cut smaller like home fries and cook with browned onions in a frying pan. Season with salt, pepper and a little garlic.
Delish side dish .

Yukon Golds-- cubed and boiled, then put into a bowl with garlic, parseley and butter. Wow!

im not such a big fan of potatoes but i like french fries

I like them 2 ways:
1 - baked - rub the skin with olive oil and sprinkle with salt then bake.
2- cut up raw into chunks and toss with olive oil and your favorite seasonings then roast.

Roasted fingerling potatoes with garlic aioli for dipping.

Red potatoes...or any good Baking potatoe...
Scrub skin clean and pop into microwave for approx 4 mins average size spud.
(I usually turn spud over halfway through cooking.)
Criss cross cut open and add your favourite toppings..
Eg: butter, cheese, cream corn, cooked bacon etc.. possiblities are endless..
And its so so easy and fast!
