MmMmMm..Pasta...?!

Question: I have egg noddles, I have no idea what the difference in those and regular noodles are and I found a recipe for alfredo sauce that used only evaporated milk and parmesan cheese. I am a HUGE pasta fan so I'm wondering if anybody has any recipes for sauce that I can put on my noodles, even alfredo. I'm not a tomatoe fan but I do like tomatoe sauce (I know, it makes no sense)

Here's something that is absolutely yummy but certainly not particularly heart healthy!

Cook 16-ounces of egg noodles to desired doneness. Drain.

In a small frying pan, melt 1 stick of salted butter and cook over low heat until the butter browns. Pay close attention and stir often so it doesn't burn.

Pour the egg noodles over the butter and stir well.

Salt and pepper to taste.

That's it! Enjoy!

1 (26 ounce) jar tomato basil pasta sauce
salt to taste
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Take care.

I don't like tomatoes either but I love tomatoe sauce. It's a different consistency and taste, that's why.

Anyway, I don't really have any recipes but I saw that you are using egg noodles...these are best with beef dishes. For instance, one of my favorite recipes is beef stroganoff, which is basically little cubes of steak with a nice, beef gravy sauce over egg noodles. I could give you my recipe but I'm not sure if you want something like that, since it's not really a typical pasta dish.

I get one of those bags of quick starts with chopped onion, bell pepper and celery, and saute till the onions are opaque (clear) and add a can of cream of chicken soup with only half a can of water, add mushrooms and most importantly... pimentoes! They really make the flavor. Cook until thoroughly heated. Great over pasta.

A white sauce 2 tbs. butter 2 tbs. flour melt the butter add the flour , make a paste then slowly add 1 cup of milk or cream, after it is heated you can add what ever you like clams, garlic,
cheese, mushrooms
