Can you marinate ground meats, like ground beef? If not, why?!
Answers: You could, but it would be a waste of time. Marinating allows liquid flavours to penetrate the meat. With ground meat, you can just mix seasonings in. Also, you don't want to add too much liquid to ground meat, because it will turn to mush.
Sure, as long as your marinade and the marinating vessel are clean and you refrigerate the meat while you're marinating, there's no harm in marinating ground meat whatsoever. I've been using an Italian Sausage recipe for years that calls for mixing 1 cup of red wine, spices, etc. in with the ground pork and letting it rest overnight. I've used it with pork, turkey, chicken, and beef. And the recipe came from Emiril Lagasse on the Food Network.
You can but not too long. I use Dale's for hamburgers but not too much as it soaks it up but for Country Style steak you can marinate in Worcestershire up to 24hrs...
Why couldn't you.
Have you ever put A1 in your hamburger before you cooked it? That is marinating. how about, when you make a taco? You put that silly taco seasoning pack in the pan? That is marinating.
It is all just different versions of it. I like to marinate my meat for my chilli a day before I cook it.
That is why my chilli is kick ***....
you could, but the police would be at your door, because hindus dont eat beef,i would try pork, islam is almost a dead race if the the bush family have they own way, maybe the world would be a better place without them,at least we could have more christmas decos over christmas time.
Yes you can!
